Audit and Accounts Senior Pinner Hybrid Working Competitive Salary + Strong BenefitsWe are partnering with a well-established and growing UK accountancy group seeking an Audit and Accounts Senior to join its Pinner office.This is a mixed audit and accounts role offering strong client exposure, responsibility and progression within a supportive team environment.You will work across a varied portfolio of SMEs, sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, delivering high-quality audit and accounts services while supervising junior staff.Key Responsibilities:Delivering audit and accounts work across a mixed client portfolioAssisting with the planning, execution and completion of auditsLeading smaller audits and taking responsibility for sections of larger assignmentsIdentifying audit risks and escalating key matters appropriatelyPreparing and reviewing statutory accountsOverseeing corporation tax and VAT compliance workActing as day-to-day contact for clientsSupervising, coaching and reviewing junior team membersSupporting managers with workflow and assignment planningRequirements:ACA or ACCA qualifiedExperience within a UK practice environmentStrong audit and accounts preparation experienceConfident mentoring and supervising junior staffGood technical knowledge and attention to detailStrong organisational and communication skillsThe firm offers competitive remuneration, hybrid working and a comprehensive benefits package including enhanced pension, generous annual leave, ..... full job details .....
