This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional looking to take ownership of client engagements within a close-knit and collaborative environment. The role offers a 70/30 split in favour of accounts, alongside the opportunity to lead audits and act as a key client contact.Key ResponsibilitiesLead audits from planning through to completionPrepare and review statutory accounts for a varied client portfolioAct as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationshipsManage multiple assignments, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are metReview work prepared by junior staff and support their developmentRepresent the firm professionally across client engagementsKey RequirementsACA or ACCA qualified (non-negotiable)Minimum 2+ years'' post-qualified experience within practiceStrong experience across both audit and accountsConfident leading audits and managing client relationshipsExcellent communication skills with a professional and personable approachExperience with IRIS software beneficialWhat''s on Offer£50,000 - £60,000 salary (flexible for the right candidate)Hybrid working available after 6-month probationWorkplace pensionSupportive, close-knit "family-style" firm ..... full job details .....
