The role:

You''ll be managing a broad client portfolio across audit and accounts, supporting a range of businesses from owner-managed companies to larger groups across a wide variety of sectors. Your role will be split between leading audits, reviewing accounts, and supporting a small team with their development.

You''ll be responsible for:

Managing a portfolio of clients across audit and accountsPlanning, leading and reviewing audits from start to finishReviewing statutory accounts, corporation tax computations, and general compliance workSupporting and mentoring junior team members, helping them grow and progressBuilding strong client relationships and providing sound business adviceWorking closely with partners on strategy, growth, and team developmentRequirementsWhat we''re looking for:

ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)Strong experience in both audit and accounts within a UK accountancy practiceProven ability to manage a client portfolio independentlyConfident in managing staff, reviewing work, and giving feedbackComfortable working with cloud-based accounting softwareProfessional, personable, and eager to be part of a close-knit teamBenefitsWhat''s on offer:
