Audio Visual Warehouse Manager - Event Production

Full Time Operations / Warehouse Live Events and Technical Production You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring equipment and vehicles are clean, maintained, tested, complete and ready when required. You will lead and motivate the warehouse team, plan workloads around upcoming projects and work closely with Project Managers and technical teams to make sure equipment is prepared and dispatched on time. Key responsibilities will include: Leading, motivating and developing the warehouse team Planning warehouse resources, rotas and workloads Ensuring equipment is picked, checked, clean, complete and ready for dispatch Managing equipment returns, damage, repairs and maintenance Maintaining accurate stock and inventory records Coordinating equipment testing, inspections and certification Maintaining high standards of warehouse organisation, cleanliness and housekeeping Overseeing vehicle checks, cleanliness, loading and general readiness Supporting deliveries, collections and last-minute site requirements Ensuring health and safety standards and safe working practices are maintained Working closely with Project Managers and technical departments to anticipate requirements and resolve problems About You We are looking for someone who is: Experienced in warehouse, technical operations or event production management A confident and positive people leader Highly organised with strong attention to detail Proactive and comfortable planning ahead ..... full job details .....
