Audio Visual Technical Project Manager -event production

From intimate corporate events to complex, large-scale productions, no two projects are the same. You won''t simply be managing projects from behind a desk - you''ll be involved in the detail, on site, in the warehouse and working alongside our technical teams to make things happen. You''ll be responsible for understanding the brief, designing systems, assessing equipment requirements, producing technical documentation and ensuring our teams have everything they need to deliver successfully. What You''ll Be Doing Working closely with account managers and producers to understand client requirements and develop accurate equipment specifications and technical solutions. Designing systems with efficiency, reliability and real-world deployment in mind. Producing CAD plans, schematics, technical drawings and event information documents. Assessing equipment requirements and coordinating with the warehouse to ensure the correct kit is available, prepared and dispatched. Overseeing the technical installation, implementation and safe removal of event equipment. Producing relevant event health and safety and technical documentation. Ensuring technicians are fully briefed, equipped and prepared before going on site. Providing technical leadership and support throughout the project lifecycle.
