• Attendance Officer - Previous experience in a school attendance or administrative role required
• Attendance Officer - Experience working with SIMS or similar systems desirable
• Attendance Officer - Must be confident liaising with parents, staff and external agencies
• Attendance Officer - Required full time ASAP

The Role - Attendance Officer

Seeking an organised and proactive Attendance Officer to support pupils aged 11-16 in improving attendance and punctuality. You will be responsible for monitoring daily attendance, following up on absences, maintaining accurate records and working closely with pastoral teams to identify and support pupils at risk of persistent absence. The role involves liaising with parents/carers, conducting attendance meetings, supporting safeguarding processes and contributing to strategies that promote positive attendance across the school.
