Attendance and Pastoral Officer Rotherham Full time September start £18 per hour Reed FE are seeking a dedicated and proactive Attendance and Pastoral Officer to support learners in achieving their full potential through improved attendance, positive behaviours and effective pastoral support. Key Responsibilities Monitor and promote student attendance, supporting the achievement of attendance targets. Build positive, professional relationships with learners to understand and address barriers to learning. Develop and implement action plans to improve attendance and engagement. Identify and support learners who may be at risk of disengagement. Work directly with students in classrooms and communal areas to encourage participation in learning. Support intervention meetings with students and, where appropriate, parents/carers.
