This is a key growth hire, created to strengthen the team structure and support ongoing business expansion.The current team consists of a Partner and two Principals (with one currently on maternity leave). This role offers an excellent opportunity to step into a position that bridges senior leadership and delivery, with a strong focus on business development and client engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and drive business development initiatives, including identifying new opportunities and maintaining client relationshipsPlay a key role in growing the Cornwall practice, contributing to strategy and market presenceDeliver high-quality client work, managing projects and ensuring excellent service standardsCollaborate closely with the Partner and wider team on team development and operational prioritiesMentor and support junior team members where appropriateAbout YouProven experience at Associate or Principal level (or equivalent)Strong commercial awareness with a proactive approach to winning and developing businessExcellent client relationship and communication skillsAbility to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environmentMotivated by ..... full job details .....
