Salary:

• Associate: -60,000+ (DOE) + discretionary bonus & benefits
• Principal: -50,000+ (DOE) + discretionary bonus & benefits

About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Associate or Principal to join our growing Cornwall team. This is a key growth hire, created to strengthen the team structure and support ongoing business expansion.

The current team consists of a Partner and two Principals (with one currently on maternity leave). This role offers an excellent opportunity to step into a position that bridges senior leadership and delivery, with a strong focus on business development and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and drive business development initiatives, including identifying new opportunities and maintaining client relationships
• Play a key role in growing the Cornwall practice, contributing to strategy and market presence
• Deliver high-quality client work, managing projects and ensuring excellent service standards
• Collaborate closely with the Partner and wider team on team development and operational priorities
• Mentor and support junior team members where appropriate

About You

• Proven experience at Associate or Principal level (or equivalent)
• Strong commercial awareness with a proactive approach to winning and developing business
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Motivated by growth opportunities and career progression
