Clinical Negligence Solicitor Location: Flexible / Hybrid Working Salary: £40,000 to £55,000 DOE + Excellent Benefits Job Type: Full-time We are seeking a talented Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a highly regarded national law firm, known for handling complex, high-value claimant clinical negligence matters. Day-to-day of the role: Manage a varied caseload of claimant clinical negligence matters from inception through to conclusion. Investigate liability and causation issues, obtaining and reviewing medical records and expert evidence. Draft correspondence, witness statements, and legal documents. Conduct negotiations and settlement discussions. Support senior solicitors and partners on complex and high-value claims. Maintain excellent client relationships and provide empathetic support throughout the claims process. Ensure compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements. Participate in business development and networking activities where appropriate. Required Skills and Qualifications: Qualified Solicitor with ideally 2 to 6 years'' PQE in Clinical Negligence. Proven experience managing claimant clinical negligence files. Strong technical knowledge of clinical negligence litigation. Excellent client care and communication skills.
