Associate Solicitor

Our client is a highly regarded specialist firm with an established reputation in intellectual property and related legal services. The team works with a diverse client base, advising businesses ranging from entrepreneurial and emerging companies through to established corporates and larger organisations. The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years'' PQE to join the firm''s Legal team, working within a specialist non-contentious commercial IP practice. The role will involve advising clients on a broad range of commercial and technology-focused matters, with a particular emphasis on the development, protection, exploitation and commercialisation of intellectual property. The successful candidate will work on a varied caseload involving commercial agreements, IT contracts, IP licensing and technology transactions, with the opportunity to develop further expertise across the intersection of commercial law, intellectual property and technology. Matters may include software and SaaS arrangements, collaboration and RandD agreements, IP assignments and licensing, terms and conditions, supply and distribution agreements, and other commercial arrangements.
