We’re hiring a high-impact Associate or Senior Associate to join our North America investment team. This is a unique opportunity to take on real responsibility across all aspects of VC — not just sourcing and diligence, but also portfolio support, fund operations, and platform development. Source and evaluate early-stage startups across Contech, Proptech, Climate tech, and industrial techDrive investment diligence: market research, product analysis, financial modeling, and competitive mappingDevelop investment memos and support IC decision-makingWork directly with portfolio founders on GTM, hiring, fundraising, and customer introductionsHelp build internal investment theses and track global market trendsContribute to platform initiatives: content, events, LP engagement, and strategic partnershipsWhat We’re Looking For

2–4 years of experience for Associate; 4–6+ years for Senior AssociateBackground in VC, startups, consulting, investment banking, or product/ops rolesStrong analytical and communication skills with the ability to form independent viewsA true startup mindset: proactive, resourceful, fast-moving, and hands-onHigh integrity, strong work ethic, and a team-first attitudeBase Salary: $135,000 – $175,000 (Associate: $135K–$150K | Senior Associate: $150K–$175K)Bonus: Discretionary, based on individual and firm performanceCarry: Participation in the firm’s carry program, commensurate with role and tenureHealthcare benefits includedOther Benefits: Global travel opportunities, and access to a differentiated LP and founder network Final compensation will be based on experience, location, and candidate fit.
