Associate Scientific Director

Overview

Nucleus Global are looking to hire an Associate Scientific Director to join a global Medical Affairs and publications team with a leading pharmaceutical client. With key therapy area knowledge (ideally including haematology), your experience developing and reviewing related content within a MedComms setting will be a vital factor. This role offers opportunities to be a partner and trusted advisor to the client, with travel for client meetings and events.You will be a senior scientific member of a well-established team and will partner with the scientific and CS leads to streamline processes, mentor and review work, enable high quality delivery and grow the business. Content delivery includes symposia, workshops, scientific platforms, advisory boards, training materials and publications.The position holder will be comfortable providing a high-level consultancy service to our pharmaceutical industry clients and ensure the scientific accuracy and high quality of medical communication projects.Responsibilities

Act as a senior scientific contributor within a MedComms setting, developing and reviewing content related to key therapy areas (ideally including haematology).Partner with scientific and client service leaders to streamline processes, mentor staff, review work, enable high quality delivery and support business growth.Deliver content for symposia, workshops, scientific platforms, advisory boards, training materials and publications.Provide high-level consultancy services to pharmaceutical industry clients, ensuring scientific accuracy and quality across medical communication projects.Application Process
