What You''ll Be Doing

Recruitment is a sales-focused role where you''ll manage your own desk and client base.

• Develop expertise within a specific IT market
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
• Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing to offer stage
• Generate leads, make calls, and develop new business opportunities
• Manage your pipeline including adverts, interviews, and offers
• Work towards targets and performance metrics

What We''re Looking For

• Minimum 6 months'' experience in sales or a customer-facing role
• Comfortable working towards targets in a performance-driven environment
• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with stakeholders
• Motivated to learn and progress in your career
• Positive attitude and willingness to develop
