This is a hybrid role combining office-based and remote working, offering the opportunity to help manage a busy desk within a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.This position requires a strong balance of client management and candidate delivery, with a focus on sourcing and placing candidates at scale while maintaining high service standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment processes across a high-volume deskProactively source, attract, and engage candidates through multiple channelsBuild and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidatesAct as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding hiring needs and delivering suitable talent solutionsConduct candidate screening, interviews, and suitability assessmentsCoordinate interviews and manage offer processesMeet and exceed individual and team performance targetsMaintain accurate records using internal CRM systemsAttend client meetings and site visits as requiredKey RequirementsPrevious experience in recruitment or a sales/customer-facing role is desirableProven ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment to meet and exceed ..... full job details .....
