Sitting within the Financial Services, After Sales and Security team as part of the wider Consumer organisation. They define and deliver stand out products to ensure momentum and value growth for EE''s Consumer business.The Associate Product Manager (Aftersales) will play a key role in the delivery and optimisation of EE’s aftersales portfolio, including key areas such as device

insurance

and

repairs . Working across internal teams and external partners they will ensure our products are competitive, compliant and customer focused.They will coordinate activity across multiple touchpoints including customer journey testing and service delivery, while supporting new product launches and campaign execution.What You’ll Be Doing

Driving the performance and delivery of Aftersales propositions across device

insurance , repairs, and other key services, supporting the overall After Sales Strategy and ensuring it drives value add for customers and EE.Managing the weekly product performance and customer journey testing to ensure products are competitive, compliant and customer focused.Collating and analysing management information (MI) to generate actionable insights that inform proposition development and campaign optimisation.Coordinating the design and delivery of promotional campaigns, tracking ROI and driving continuous improvement.Ensuring high-quality aftersales service delivery, collaborating with both in-house and external teams.Building strong relationships with third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders across mobile, home, finance, compliance and operations to ensure plans are aligned and resourced effectively.Supporting the execution of Go to Market plans for new product launches and enhancements, working closely with internal teams and third-party partners.Experience Needed To Be Successful In The Role

Demonstratable experience working within the Insurance, Financial Services, Trade-In or Circular Economy sectors (e.g. repairs, diagnostics, refurbishment, tech support)A track record of actively supporting or delivering new products and servicesStrong commercial mindset with hands on experience managing trading plans and performance metricsStrong stakeholder and third-party management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across a complex, fast-paced matrixed environmentProficient in working with data and insight to inform decisions and optimise proposition performanceA proactive, delivery-focused mindset with a passion for improving customer experience and driving business valueBenefits
