Responsibilities

Lead product management with a focus on digitising the retention journey and digital customer engagement.

Collaborate with technical teams and business leaders to enable digital conversion and retention.

Assess and optimise both digital and physical customer journeys to improve retention.

Contribute as an individual strategist and executor to deliver value for a broad audience.
