Associate Procurement Professional| Desford | Contract/12 Months | 37.5 Hours per week/£25.65 | Onsite |Are you an experienced procurement professional, or looking to build your career within a fast-paced manufacturing environment?We''re looking for an organised and detail-focused Associate Procurement Professional to join a busy purchasing team supporting a large-scale manufacturing operation in Desford.Working closely with suppliers, buyers, finance and internal stakeholders, you''ll play a key role in keeping purchasing activity running smoothly across production and supporting the wider supply chain.The Role:*Raise and manage purchase orders for production requirements across a large portfolio of parts and suppliers.*Review and validate supplier quotes from category buyers across the UK and North America.*Take ownership of assigned commodities and purchasing activity from order placement through to invoice resolution.*Investigate and resolve invoice and payment issues, working with suppliers and Accounts Payable to prevent delays to deliveries and production.*Work closely with internal teams to resolve purchasing and supplier queries.*Collect and analyse purchasing data to support projects, process improvements and business decisions.*Present project findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.*Follow established purchasing processes and support internal and external audit requirements.What We''re Looking For:*Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, ..... full job details .....
