Associate / Partner – Commercial Valuation – London

Salary: -70,00085,000-+ benefits/bonus

Location: Soho, London - Hybrid flexible.

WHAT IS THE ROLE?

A well-established, multi-disciplinary property consultancy is looking to strengthen its London and Greater London Valuation team. This is a newly created Valuation Surveyor role reporting into the Head of London Valuation, with a clear remit to help grow the team''s presence and instructions across the region.

The role is commercial valuation focused, with the option to get involved in residential development valuation work for candidates who have that experience and interest. Work is split between bank instructions and private client matters, giving good variety across the caseload.

WHAT LEVEL IS THIS?

This one is genuinely open on seniority. The firm will consider strong Associate-level valuers ready to take the next step, right through to Partner-level surveyors who want to come in and build something. A role that can be supported at both levels. This role will suit someone that enjoys billing and "doing the job", but someone who really wants the chance to prove themselves, with support, at a higher level. Key Responsibilities

• Producing RICS Red Book valuations across commercial property assets
• Valuation work for bank/lender security and private client instructions
• Residential development valuation where relevant
• Building client relationships and winning new instructions to support growth of the London Valuation team
• Reviewing and supporting junior colleagues'' valuation reports

Requirements

• MRICS qualified (or close to)
• Strong commercial valuation background
• RICS Red Book valuation experience
• Comfortable managing client relationships and contributing to business development
