Continuously understanding the client’s goals, problems, needs, and expectations is non-negotiable. We are obsessed with learning more about the client and their team of individuals at all levels.Establish strong relationships in key and prospective accounts to understand their priorities and state of their business; use that knowledge to provide strategic recommendations that enable the overall success of their businessBring strong advisory experience to elevate point of views, offerings, and outcomes specific and relevant for clientsDrive relationship development and stakeholder management at CXO level across buying centersBusiness DevelopmentStrong relationships with our clients and a deep understanding of the industry lead to the pursuit of strategic opportunities to solve problems for our clients which in turn creates long-term value for the client and even the market. In turn, this enables Genpact to expand their business through increased revenue and profit.Responsible for driving growth within an account or portfolio of roughly $5m, through partnership with enterprise sales and mining of existing relationshipsIdentify/close/deliver consulting opportunities as well as larger Advisory opportunitiesSupport business development by crafting case studies and offerings to support in further growthSolidify business requirements and design solutions for clientsValue CreationWe are maniacal about our clients.
