We’re all a little bit different, but share the same characteristics when it comes to courage, ambition and a passion for investing.As Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our London office operations, ensuring seamless facility management, robust IT infrastructure, and providing necessary support to the Business Management Team and wider staff, so that every aspect of our daily operations runs with efficiency.This role requires a candidate who has proven experience within office management or a similar role, proven strong interpersonal and organisational skills, is committed to excellence with a can do attitude to achieve a smooth running of the London office.You also have the following tasks:Office and Facility Management: Oversee the physical infrastructure of the office, including maintenance and management of third-party providers. To ensure the office and employees are compliant to health and safety policies and procedures.Business Continuity (BC) coordination: Collaborate with the central NFRM team to maintain local BC documentation and procedures.IT and AV Support: Collaborate with internal and external IT teams to manage infrastructure and hardware, ensure systems are operational and up to date, and coordinate maintenance visits.Supplier Management: Support the delivery of third-party services through effective supplier relationship management.Operational Support: Assist with onboarding, audits, business process reviews, and sustainability reporting (e.g. CO2 and travel data).Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Assistant and Business Manager and wider teams, providing regular updates on completed and pending ..... full job details .....
