An award-winning building services consultancy is looking to appoint a Principal or Associate Electrical Engineer to join its growing team.

The Role

Youll play a key role in leading electrical design delivery, developing client relationships and mentoring engineers, whilst helping shape the future growth of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading electrical building services design projects from concept to completion
• Managing client relationships and project delivery
• Providing technical leadership and quality assurance
• Mentoring and developing junior engineers
• Supporting business development activities
• Working closely with senior leadership on project strategy and growth
• Requirements
• Strong electrical building services consultancy background
• Experience leading projects and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• Commercial awareness and client-facing experience
• Chartered status or working towards chartership preferred
• Ambition to progress into a senior leadership role
