Associate Director - Town Planning London Salary: 70,000/ 80,000Penguin Recruitment is proud to be partnered with a leading multidisciplinary consultancy that is looking to appoint an Associate Director - Town Planning to join their growing London team.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Town Planner looking to take the next step in their career, working across major infrastructure, strategic planning and development projects within a highly collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. The RoleAs Associate Director, you will:Act as Planning Lead across a range of major projects and sectorsLead on bid preparation, tender submissions and framework responsesTake responsibility for project management and deliveryLead and coordinate planning and environmental work, including EIA and options appraisalsWork across major infrastructure projects and complex planning applicationsDevelop and maintain strong client relationshipsSupport business development, work winning and market growthProvide leadership, mentoring and support to junior members of the teamWork closely with environmental, engineering and design specialists across multidisciplinary projects RequirementsThe successful candidate will ideally have:A relevant Planning degreeChartered experience, with RTPI membership desirableStrong experience working on major infrastructure projectsExperience leading large-scale TCPA applications with a proven track record of deliveryExperience in DCOs, Hybrid Bills, ..... full job details .....
