Astute''s Nuclear Team are recruiting an Associate or Associate Director for Risk Management on a permanent basis.

This is a senior risk management opportunity for an experienced project and programme risk professional with extensive experience in quantitative risk analysis, QSRA and QCRA modelling. The successful candidate will join a growing risk team, leading commissions and interventions for major clients and nationally significant projects across a range of sectors.

You will not be spending the majority of your time carrying out modelling. Instead, you will use your technical understanding, analytical experience and wider project background to interpret risk, challenge assumptions and provide senior leaders with clear, commercially considered advice on risk, issues and change.

The role would suit an experienced Risk Manager, Risk Consultant, Project Controls professional or Senior Risk Specialist who can hit the ground running and take a leadership role within major project environments.

If you have extensive quantitative risk analysis experience and are looking for an opportunity to influence major projects while developing clients, people and new risk services, submit your CV today.

  • Act as a senior point of contact and trusted adviser for clients on project and organisational risk management.

  • Contribute to business development, identifying opportunities to develop new risk services, tools and approaches across existing and emerging sectors.
  • Collaborate with teams across sustainability, life cycle costing, healthcare, net zero and other specialist disciplines to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Develop relationships with clients and stakeholders locally and internationally, supporting the continued growth of the risk management service.
