As Associate Director, EMEA Regional People Operations Lead, you\''ll steer operational excellence across the region, driving efficiency, elevating service delivery, and bringing the Global People Organisation\''s (GPO) strategy to life. With your deep experience in operations, ideally in professional services, you\''ll ensure our people services run seamlessly and consistently across EMEA.Reporting to the EMEA People Lead and collaborating closely with the Global People Operations team, this role will lead a team of covering Onboarding and Offboarding, Contingent Workforce Operations, Leave of Absence, Managing Director Operations, and In-Country Operations.Responsibilities

Lead, develop and oversee day-to-day operations of People Service professionals across multiple countriesImplement operational strategies aligned with EMEA business goalsMonitor and analyse EMEA operational metrics and KPIsManage regional operations budget, ensuring financial targets are metIdentify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices taking into consideration various country nuancesCollaborate with EMEA leadership and country operations leads to address operational needs, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of People ServicesFacilitate knowledge sharing and best practice adoption across EMEAEnsure solutions are adaptable to different cultural and regulatory environmentsBuild a culture of continuous improvement within the People Services functionQualifications

A number of years experience in operations management, with experience in a leadership rolePrevious Workday experience is preferredExperience in the professional services sector with strong understanding of client service delivery is preferredBachelor\''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related fieldExcellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to lead and develop diverse teams across EMEAStrategic thinking and problem solving skillsExcellent project management and change management skillsYour journey at AandM
