Associate Director

A leading London cost consultancy is looking to appoint an Associate Director Quantity Surveyor to join their senior team. The successful Associate Director Quantity Surveyor will lead major residential, commercial and mixed-use projects while playing a central role in winning new work and expanding the consultancy''s client base.The Associate Director Quantity Surveyor will combine project delivery with a strong commercial growth remit. Alongside overseeing key commissions, the Associate Director Quantity Surveyor will be expected to generate opportunities, convert relationships into instructions, lead bids and fee proposals, and strengthen the consultancy''s position across the London property market.This role would suit an Associate Director Quantity Surveyor with a strong network, a proven track record of work winning and the confidence to open doors with developers, investors and occupiers.
