Opportunities are available in London.You''ll work across diverse internal projects and teams spanning multiple business units, acting as a customer lead or operational specialist to assess requirements, provide solutions, and ensure organizational excellence and compliance.You will showcase your skills on unique projects, demonstrating responsiveness, efficiency, and professionalism in supporting the Commercial Lead. You will manage your own portfolio or workstreams, ensuring the fulfillment of goods and services across the business, and contribute throughout the project lifecycle, including specifications, ITTs, contracts, and contract management.You will support continuous improvement in people and commercial capabilities, driving opportunities for new activities to enhance your customer offering and inspire others.Key skills include commercial acumen, influencing, prioritization, negotiation, and people skills. You should have significant expertise in commercial settings, with strong analytical abilities, risk management, and issue resolution skills. Building and maintaining relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues is essential.You will prioritize delivery amidst complex activities and competing criteria, adapting to deliver tactical and strategic outcomes. An enthusiastic approach to challenges and problem-solving, focusing on customer needs and detail, is required to create solutions and identify new opportunities.Qualifications and experience:Demonstrable experience in commercial rolesExperience in sourcing, supply chain, or supplier managementResponsibility for contract and framework agreementsExperience across the project lifecycleKnowledge of buying, invoicing, billing, and contract creationAbility to achieve efficiencies and cost reductionsData analysis skills for decision-makingStrong relationship management skillsIdeally, experience in technology or digital environments is preferred. You should hold or be willing to attain a professional commercial qualification such as CIPS Level 5.You may also demonstrate expertise in coaching, mentoring, leadership, problem-solving, task management, and communication.
