Associate Commercial Lead/Commercial Manager

professionals to work with our exceptional client in a secure environment, supporting challenging and highly rewarding projects.These contract roles will require you to undergo security clearance prior to assignment. Opportunities are available in London.You''ll have the potential to work effectively across a diverse range of internal projects and teams spanning multiple business units, either as a customer lead or an operational specialist. Your responsibilities will include assessing requirements, providing and managing solutions and services that meet customer needs, and delivering organisational excellence and compliance. You will be encouraged to showcase your skills on unique projects.You will demonstrate how responsiveness, efficiency, and professionalism are the hallmarks of your outstanding service in supporting the Commercial Lead. You will be accountable for your own portfolio or operational workstreams, ensuring the fulfillment of goods and services across the business. You will employ high standards through your contribution across the entire project lifecycle, including specifications, ITTs, contracts, and contract management. You will support continuous improvement of people and commercial capabilities, and through effective operational management, enable and drive opportunities for new activities to enhance your customer offering. Inspiring and supporting others around you to do the same is essential. Therefore, faultless commercial acumen, exceptional influencing, prioritization, negotiation, and people skills are a must.With significant expertise in commercial settings, your analytical ability and aptitude to balance risks and benefits, as well as issue resolution, will be critical. You will lead the development of strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues. You will prioritize delivery of work amidst highly complex activities and competing criteria, being adaptable and experienced enough to deliver on tactical and strategic outputs.
