Associate ArchitectEpsomUp to 80,000Are you an experienced Associate Architect looking for a senior role where you can make a real impact on the growth of a practice?My client is looking for a commercially minded Associate Architect with strong project delivery, leadership and business development experience to join their growing team in Epsom.This role would suit someone who can hit the ground running with their own projects, develop new opportunities and bring an established network of clients and contacts to the business. Experience across Life Sciences and/or Healthcare is particularly important, alongside a broader range of sector experience.Key responsibilities for this Associate Architect role:Lead architectural projects from concept through to completion, taking ownership of project delivery.Manage project programmes, deadlines, budgets, resources and overall project performance.Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external consultants to ensure projects are delivered successfully.Manage client and consultant relationships and act as a key point of contact throughout projects.Oversee design, planning and technical delivery.Manage project finances, including cash flow, invoicing, fees and commercial performance.Provide effective people management and leadership, including mentoring, performance management and team development.Support recruitment, resource planning and the continued development of the team.Maintain appropriate health and safety procedures and ..... full job details .....
