Associate Architect

The CompanyA well-established, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Associate Architect to their growing London team.Operating across the UK, the consultancy provides integrated design and technical services across sectors including education, residential, healthcare, commercial and defence. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Associate Architect who wants to combine project delivery with team leadership, client development and the future growth of an architectural department.The Associate Architect RoleThe successful Associate Architect will work closely with the Architectural Director, initially leading a varied portfolio of projects from inception through to completion.The Associate Architect will take responsibility for design quality, project delivery, resource planning and client relationships, while progressively becoming more involved in the management and development of the London architectural team.Projects typically range from 300k to 40m, giving the Associate Architect exposure to schemes of varying scale and complexity.Key responsibilities will include:Leading architectural projects through all RIBA stagesManaging and mentoring members of the architectural teamPreparing feasibility studies, design concepts and planning applicationsProducing and reviewing technical information using RevitManaging project resources, fees, forecasting and profitabilityAttending client, design and site ..... full job details .....
