Assistive Technology Team Leader £36,948.05 per year Hybrid - Rushden or Peterborough Permanent, Full Time As an Assistive Technology Team Leader at Amplius, you''ll lead a dedicated team delivering person-centred services, driving performance, supporting colleagues, and working with partners to provide high-quality minor adaptation and assistive technology services that promote customer independence, safety and wellbeing. Salary: £36,948.05 per year Contract: Permanent, full time Your week: 36.25 hours - Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5pm Location: Hybrid, with a weekly presence in our Rushden or Peterborough office. Snapshot of your role Lead the day-to-day delivery of the Assistive Technology Team and Independent Living Advisors, ensuring safe, efficient, high-quality services. Manage, coach and develop team members through recruitment, induction, supervision, performance management and wellbeing support. Monitor team performance, workloads and KPIs, taking action to maintain service standards and improve performance. Carry out and oversee Trusted Assessor assessments, recommending assistive technology, telecare and minor adaptations that support customer independence. Oversee customer services including telecare installations, equipment management, service reviews and fault resolution. Ensure compliance through accurate record keeping, safeguarding, risk management, audits and adherence to policies and legislation.
