Deliver consistently excellent customer service and be a role model for customer-first standards.Greet customers, assist them, and help at the checkouts, keeping the “two is a queue” initiative in mind.Care for our colleagues: create a safe environment for your team and ensure all policies and procedures are followed.Work alongside the Store Manager to support the team and drive performance.Manage inductions for new colleagues and collaborate with supervisors to develop training and on-the-job coaching.Lead daily huddles to communicate and achieve commercial objectives, including sales, service, and shrink targets.Ensure products are priced, merchandised, and maintained to support smooth store operation.Qualifications / Requirements
Right to work in the UK and Ireland.At least one year of supervisory or management experience, including team leadership and performance management.Ability to manage store operations, including stock control, cash handling, and maintaining store standards.Track record of achieving store KPIs, such as sales targets, waste reduction, or customer service scores.Internal Applicants: approval by Line Manager or HR Business Partner / HR Manager.Benefits
