Assistant Store Manager - Aberdeen (40 hours)Responsibilities

Assist the Store Manager in leading the team and act as second-in-command.Motivate the team and deliver meaningful shopping experiences for customers.Support recruitment, hiring and retention of a diverse and talented store team.Coach team members to improve engagement and performance.Help with day-to-day business activities and serve as the Store Manager’s right hand.Deliver operational excellence in an outlet environment with focus on stock and inventory management while upholding high store standards in a fast-paced, high-footfall setting; maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.Qualifications

Prior relevant experience at Assistant Store Manager level or equivalent within retail or hospitality.People management skills (communication, motivation, coaching, connection, and inspiration).Experience in sharing knowledge to drive behavioural change and develop others.Decision making and problem-solving skills.Benefits
