Assistant Site Manager

We''re looking for an Assistant Site Manager to provide holiday cover on a busy residential housing development in Bournemouth.

Duties:

• Supporting the Site Manager with daily site operations
• Coordinating subcontractors and trades
• Monitoring health & safety on site
• Ensuring work is completed to programme and quality standards
• Assisting with site inspections and snagging

Requirements:

• Previous residential new build experience
• Valid CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS and First Aid
• Strong communication and organisational skills

This is a short-term cover role with an immediate start. Competitive day rate available.
