No1 Site Manager

Our client is a well-established main contractor, renowned for delivering light industrial fit-out projects. We are assisting them in their search for a No1 Site Manager for a new project: a £500k light industrial mezzanine floor and full fit-out following, programme 16 weeks. This is one of many major projects being developed by the business, offering the successful candidate the opportunity to join a contractor with a strong pipeline of secured work. The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the project from inception to completion. You must ensure health and safety compliance, as well as coordinating subcontractors and trades and maintaining programme and quality standards.
