I''m currently working on a brilliant opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to join a well-established, professional housebuilder with a strong reputation for delivering quality traditional build housing.
This would suit someone already working within volume housebuilding who enjoys being on site, supporting the Site Manager, driving standards, coordinating trades and helping keep build programmes moving in the right direction.
The role will be based around the Bedfordshire / Milton Keynes side, with future work planned locally, making it a great opportunity for someone looking for stability and progression with a respected business.

The role will involve:

• Supporting the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations
• Helping drive build quality, health & safety and programme delivery
• Liaising with trades, subcontractors and internal teams
• Ensuring plots are delivered to a high standard
• Being a visible and proactive presence on site

What we''re looking for:

• Experience within traditional build housing
• A proactive, organised and hands-on approach
• Strong communication skills with trades and site teams
• A genuine interest in building a long-term career within site management
• SMSTS / SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid would be desirable
