Freelance Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager for a new build residential development in Central Cambridge.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing new build residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of NHBC Standards and quality inspections.
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/White), and First Aid at Work certifications.
• Excellent health & safety, programme, and subcontractor management skills.
• Ability to maintain high standards of quality and deliver works on programme.

Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day site management and coordination of subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with NHBC standards and health & safety regulations.
• Monitor quality, progress, and programme.
• Liaise with the project team, client, and inspectors.
• Maintain accurate site records and reporting.
