With a focus on innovation, safety, and sustainability, they are now seeking an Assistant Site Manager to join their growing team on a flagship healthcare project in Southampton. The Role Reporting to the Site Manager and Project Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management and delivery of the project, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities: Support the Site Manager in overseeing daily site operations. Coordinate trades and subcontractors to maintain programme and quality targets. Monitor health and safety compliance and promote best practices on site. Conduct site inductions, tool box talks, and maintain accurate site records. Assist with managing materials, logistics, and site documentation. Liaise with clients, design teams, and senior management as required. About You Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or Site Supervisor, ideally within the healthcare or public sector. Strong knowledge of site operations, HandS, and quality management. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Relevant qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid. A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
