Assistant Site Manager Location: Lakenheath, SuffolkSalary: £50,000 £55,000 + car allowance + benefitsDeveloper: National PLC HousebuilderThe Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and motivated Assistant Site Manager to join a leading national PLC housebuilder on a major residential development in Lakenheath, Suffolk.The development will comprise approximately 350 traditional-build homes, ranging from 2, 3 and 4-bedroom properties. This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager with a strong background in traditional housebuilding to join an established developer and play a key role in delivering a high-quality residential scheme.The Role Working closely with the Site Manager, you will assist in the day-to-day management of the development, helping to ensure that homes are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest standards of quality.Key responsibilities will include: Assisting with the management and coordination of all site activities throughout the traditional build process. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, company procedures and statutory requirements. Monitoring build progress and helping to ensure plots are delivered in line with agreed construction programmes. Coordinating subcontractors and site personnel to maintain productivity and workmanship standards.
