Our client, a well-established and highly respected Volkswagen Audi Group (VAG) dealership in Norwich, is looking to appoint an experienced Assistant Service Manager, Senior Service Advisor or Service Manager to join their successful Aftersales team.

What You''ll Be Doing
Working within a fast-paced and customer-focused environment, you''ll play a key role in the daily operation of the Service Department, ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction while supporting workshop efficiency and departmental performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and motivating the Service Advisor team.
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience from booking through to vehicle collection.
• Supporting the day-to-day management of the Service Department.
• Monitoring workshop loading and productivity.
• Driving departmental KPIs and customer satisfaction.
• Managing customer concerns with professionalism and confidence.
• Coaching and developing team members.
• Working closely with Technicians and the Workshop Controller to maximise efficiency.
• Maintaining manufacturer standards and dealership processes.

What Our Client Is Looking ForTo be successful, you''ll need:

• A minimum of five years'' experience within a franchised motor dealership (essential).
• Current or recent experience as a Senior Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager or Service Manager.
• Previous experience using Keyloop (Rev8) Dealer Management System (essential).
• VAG dealership experience is highly desirable.
• A proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A commercial mindset with the ability to drive departmental performance.
• A proactive, positive attitude and excellent organisational skills.
• A full UK driving licence.
