The Assistant Restaurant Manager role is based in London, within a celebrated grand British restaurant located in Canary Wharf. This permanent position offers a competitive hourly rate of £17.00, plus cash and credit card tips. Working straight shifts, either daytime or evening, with only two closing shifts per week, taxis are provided on those nights. The restaurant is closed Sundays and Mondays. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations on a spacious floor, managing a team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality British produce and bespoke beverages. Strong leadership, organisational skills, and experience in a premium dining setting are essential. The role involves a stable team and friendly management, with free meals provided on duty.
