About the Role

As Assistant Restaurant Manager in London, you will oversee daily operations at an exclusive neighbourhood restaurant near St Katharine Docks (E1). This permanent role involves managing a floor team of three to four waiters, each covering four tables, across 180 daily covers and up to 400 at weekends. You will maintain the venue’s signature style and elegance, ensuring a unique dining experience for repeat local guests. Key responsibilities include supervising service, coordinating private dining, and supporting bar operations. The position requires proven leadership skills and hospitality expertise. Working 45 to 48 hours weekly across four days, the role offers a competitive salary with pension benefits.

Floor Manager benefits:

Floor Manager (managing 3 to 4 waiters covering 4 tables each).

Floor Manager requirements:

An experienced, passionate and passionate Floor Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager with a proven employment history having worked within reputable guest led operations.
The successful Floor Manager will ideally have experience working within a similar style operation andndash; fine dining/British cuisine.
The ideal Floor Manager will need to be organised, self-motivated and available to work varied shifts (lunch or dinner)
