The Opportunity

As Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, leading the front-of-house team and ensuring outstanding service standards.

You''ll work closely with senior management to drive operational excellence, support team development, and help establish a strong culture within a brand-new venue.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the front-of-house team.
• Maintain exceptional service and guest experience standards.
• Support daily restaurant operations.
• Manage reservations and customer enquiries.
• Recruit, train and develop team members.
• Handle guest feedback professionally.
• Support stock control, rotas and operational procedures.
• Maintain compliance, cleanliness and service standards.

About You

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager or Floor Manager.
• Background within a quality hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for customer service and hospitality.
• Organised, proactive and calm under pressure.
• A hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail.
