Your new roleAs an Assistant or Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will support experienced Quantity Surveyors across a varied portfolio of projects including office refurbishments, industrial developments, distilleries and hotel schemes, typically ranging in value from £15m to £40m. You will gain exposure to the full project life cycle, including: Cost planning and estimating Procurement and tendering Contract administration Valuations and cost reporting Change control and variations Final accounts Client and contractor liaison Project delivery support across multiple sectors This role offers an excellent opportunity to take on responsibility from an early stage while working closely with ..... full job details .....
