On average you are winning 90% of tenders because the client is your own company. The role is 75% Estimating and 25% Surveying through the project lifecycle. The RoleAs a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator, you will be responsible for managing all commercial aspects of projects, from conception through to completion. You will oversee cost control, procurement, contract management, and client relations, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
