Responsibilities Manage full commercial duties on dry lining/internal fit-out packages Prepare valuations, variations, cost reports, and final accounts Oversee subcontractor procurement and payments Collaborate with project delivery teams to ensure financial control Identify commercial risks and provide solutions for mitigation Build strong working relationships with clients and project stakeholders What s in it for you?
