Seeking Assistant Quantity Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors from either a contractor or consultancy background Arise Recruit is working with a successful and growing construction consultancy based in Brighton, who are looking to hire both Assistant Quantity Surveyors and Quantity Surveyors into their expanding team. The company specialises in quantity surveying, project management, and related consultancy services, primarily within the hospitality sector including hotels, bars, and restaurants. They are an established business that has grown by 50% over the last two years and are known for their experienced team, supportive culture, and hands-on approach to developing their staff. They work with some of the most high-profile hospitality clients in the industry and deliver development and refurbishment projects ranging from £250k to £10m. The role: This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step in their career. You ll be supported by senior team members and gradually take on more responsibility as your experience grows. You ll be involved in projects from early stages through to completion, gaining exposure to both pre- and post-contract duties.
