Key Responsibilities Assist with the commercial management of social housing contracts and projectsSupport the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and valuationsProcess subcontractor applications, payments, and variationsHelp monitor project costs and identify commercial risks and opportunitiesAssist in preparing monthly cost reports and forecastsSupport procurement activities including obtaining quotations and issuing ordersWork closely with operational teams, clients, and subcontractorsEnsure compliance with contractual requirements and company proceduresMaintain accurate records and documentationSupport final accounts and reconciliation processes Requirements Essential Previous experience within construction, maintenance, or social housingStrong numerical and analytical skillsGood understanding of Microsoft Excel ..... full job details .....
