Location: Northamptonshire (office and site-based)
Salary: -40,000 - -55,000 (depending on experience)
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm

About the Role

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Quantity Surveyor to join a successful and growing construction business.

Working across residential groundworks projects, you will support the commercial management of projects from inception through to completion. This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor looking to develop their career within a supportive commercial team and gain exposure across multiple projects.

The role will involve a combination of office-based and site-based working.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the commercial management of projects
• Preparing valuations, cost reports and forecasts
• Assisting with procurement and subcontractor management
• Managing project costs and identifying commercial opportunities
• Working closely with site teams and senior management
• Supporting the successful delivery of projects

Requirements

• Experience working on residential groundworks projects, ideally within a subcontractor environment
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification (e.g. HNC Quantity Surveying)
• Valid CSCS card
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience working across multiple projects
• Good communication and commercial skills
