This role offers valuable exposure to the full commercial lifecycle, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as your experience grows.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial and Contract ManagementAssist with the commercial management of projects, monitoring costs and supporting overall project performance.Support subcontract procurement, including reviewing terms and conditions and managing subcontractor accounts.Assist with the administration of NEC3 and NEC4 contracts, including Options A and C.Help manage compensation events, variations and contractual changes.Monitor contractual obligations and ensure commercial procedures are followed.Cost Control and ReportingAssist in preparing monthly Cost Value Reconciliations ..... full job details .....
